The presented composition is about Mahatma Gandhi who is also known as Father of the Nation. The speech mainly is focused on working and all the revolutions which were brought by him for making the country free from the ruling of Britishers (Brett McKay, 2008). A brief description over the nature and behaviour has been given and also the tools and tricks used by him for making the Britishers quit from India. Non-violence or Ahimsa are to be considered as the two most significant weapons which were used by all the members of the committees and also in all of his struggles and movements were carried out with the help of these tools. Democracy and equal freedom for all was the dream of father of nation. Also the author has mentioned the contribution of Congress party in the freedom of India against the Britishers. The people of India have a hatred towards Britishers and think that they are disguised with their behaviour. The core content of the speech is that the author has described a number of facts which are related to the life of Mahatma Gandhi in very precise and simple language. Everything is very simple yet so meaningful and effective (Corbridge Harriss. 2013). As per the understanding the author has described the Quit India movement which was one of the biggest struggle carried by Mahatma Gandhi and also it was a very much successful movement. Ahimsa and satyagrah were the two main weapons which were used by Gandhiji in the fight for freedom.
